Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Office Manager to support daily administrative operations and serve as the first point of contact for families and staff. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient school environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations Manage front office operations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries Maintain accurate student records, enrollment data, and attendance logs Oversee billing, tuition collection, and financial recordkeeping Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and internal communications Family Engagement & Customer Service Greet families, prospective parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Provide information about programs, enrollment, and policies Support enrollment processes and onboarding for new families Address questions or concerns and escalate when appropriate Staff Support Assist leadership team with administrative tasks and reporting Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events Compliance & Organization Ensure compliance with company policies and state licensing requirements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Keep office supplies stocked and organized Qualifications High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of administrative or office management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in childcare, education, or customer service environments is a plus Key Competencies Detail-oriented and highly organized Professional and welcoming demeanor Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to exceptional customer service Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Friendly, supportive work environment Childcare discount (if applicable) How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their experience and interest in the role to [insert application email or link].
