The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support to various departments. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Duties Manage office operations including filing, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on office procedures. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Maintain calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed. Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information. Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. Coordinate office management activities to ensure a productive work environment. Support other departments with administrative tasks as required. Experience Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus. Proficiency in using office software and phone systems. Experience in accounting and or tax office Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
