Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity:
Twin Creek WSC is a member-owned, non-profit Water Supply Corporation dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable water to our community.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and dedicated individual to oversee front office administrative operations and manage customer billing and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial skills and experience with billing, accounts payable, and receivable. They will also demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively serve our members. This description outlines the general nature of the position and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and meet bonding requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2-4 years' office administrative experience, preferably in utility billing Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as Adobe.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience. A benefits package is available following the probationary period and based on tenure, including: Health insurance Retirement plan (SIMPLE IRA) with employer match Paid time off
