Job Description

Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant Christensen Recycling Monday-Friday |
Weekends Off Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$20 per hour, plus overtime if applicable Christensen Recycling is looking for a reliable, organized office secretary to help with daily phone calls, paperwork, customer intake, scheduling support, and basic office coordination. This is a steady office position for someone who is dependable, professional, good with computers, comfortable typing, and able to stay organized in a busy work environment.
Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally Take down accurate customer information Complete basic intake forms and paperwork Help with scheduling and office follow-up Use Excel and internal computer systems Assist with customer check-ins Communicate with drivers and office staff when needed Help keep paperwork, calls, and daily office tasks organized Send updates or issues to management when needed Maintain a professional attitude with customers and team members Live Dispatching calls to Over The Road Buyers Working Scale that is located near desk Ideal candidate: Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable answering phones Good with computers and typing Professional with customers Able to multitask in a busy office Willing to learn company systems
