Baptist Health is hiring an Office Specialist II at Baptist Metabolic Weight Loss Center, located at Baptist Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, FL. This is a full-time day-shift opportunity, and will report to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. As the Office Specialist II, you will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. You will handle patient registration, posting charges and payments, and telephone protocols. Office Specialist II Job Requirements:

Assisting patients as needed Reviewing and following up on unpaid insurance claims Processing mail on a daily basis Working with insurance carriers and Baptist Primary Care Centers Check in and check out Assisting with referrals as needed Scanning documents

Experience Requirements:

One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred Experience Working in a

Medical Office Preferred Education & Credential Requirements:
