Review and analyze the total quality of all Registration functions according to established standards. Effectively achieve staff quality in work performance and productivity through an ongoing commitment to providing employees with continually updated information and knowledge, continually seek methods to improve existing procedures through change. Oversee and perform surgical coordination for the surgeons, ensuring all surgical prerequisites are complete (pre-admission testing, pre-certifications, referrals, preparing patient for the administrative process).

Requirements:

Associate's degree in an area of specialty or 3-5 years of experience in the field or a related area preferred. Two to five (2-5) years of supervisory experience in the Admission and Practice Management field. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Salary Range:

59,732.00 - 98,553.00 USD We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials. The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
