Medical Office Support Addiction Treatment Facility Office Support (306 Marion St Leitchfield, KY 42754) We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialists to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities, including phone etiquette and bilingual proficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and professionalism are highly valued. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy Handle multi-line phone systems, screening and routing calls efficiently Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and communication Maintain calendar management and scheduling for appointments, meetings, and events Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, record keeping, and administrative support Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and maintaining organized files Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients and team members effectively Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to various office management software programs Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous Personal assistant or calendar management experience is desirable Ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain high standards of professionalism in all communications
