Job Description

Jud Hub is a modern, collaborative innovation and co-working space located in the heart of Judson Mill. Jud Hub is focused on connecting small businesses, non-profits, and mission-driven organizations to the resources they need to grow, accelerate, and collaborate for a better community. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Office & Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shared workspace and event center. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys creating welcoming experiences, and is passionate about building community. You'll be the face of the space — helping members, coordinating events, supporting partners and vendors, and ensuring the day-to-day experience at Jud Hub is seamless, professional, and inspiring. Key Responsibilities Community & Member Experience Welcome members, guests, and event attendees Build strong relationships with tenants, coworkers, and community partners Manage member onboarding and communication Foster a collaborative, welcoming, and professional environment Conduct tours and respond to membership inquiries Office & Facility Operations Oversee daily operations of the co-working space and event center Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, office supplies, and vendor relationships Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are organized and fully functional Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively Support scheduling and facility logistics Administrative Support Manage calendars, bookings, invoices, and internal systems Track memberships, reservations, and facility usage Assist with communications and social media updates as needed Schedule Based on 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8:00am
