Overview Join our manufacturing team as an Office/Customer Service professional, where your energetic and positive attitude will help create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your organizational skills, office expertise, and customer support talents in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients, providing excellent front desk support and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally while taking detailed messages when necessary Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure quick retrieval of documents and records Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office and other computer applications to support administrative functions Use QuickBooks to enter, sales orders, invoices, and payments Maintain equipment inventory Handle UPS shipment of equipment and parts to customers in a timely fashion Provide general clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing light administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience operating multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks is preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Previous experience working at the front desk or as a personal assistant is advantageous Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries promptly and professionally We value energetic individuals who thrive on multitasking and delivering top-tier support—join us today!
