In this role, you are walking around the facility, pulling samples and doing visual inspections/physical testing for shelf-life testing. You'll be looking for color changes, separation, deterioration, label and cap cracks/dents, doing inventory management and shelf stocking. This is not a lab bench testing role. In the future, you could grow into a lab-based testing role.

• Applies knowledge of c

regulations, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure studies are started correctly and regulatory compliance is maintained.

• Performs daily stability sample pulling, and ensures appropriate laboratories receive sample on testing due dates
• Initiates and maintains stability studies through LIMS to support annual requirements.
• Maintains up to date inventory on all studies using LIMS.
• Initiates and coordinates destruction and reconciliation of non-class and class samples via LIMS.
• Pull samples from quality chambers, maintain retains, and sort samples
• Help with stocking, sorting, and tote samples
• Logging data into SAP, Labware, and Inventory Management

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• HS Diploma or Associates
• Prior 1-2yrs of relevant industry experience doing sample management, Quality, or Regulatory work
• Strong Communication skills
• Need to be comfortable being on their feet for majority of their shift and walking to many of the different departments
• Prior Inventory management skills a plus
• Comfortable using different software systems and strong computer skills Work Environment This role is based in a chemical stockroom environment within a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, working with multiple products, reagents, and drugs.

You will work closely with a small core team of about four people while collaborating frequently with many other departments on site. The position follows a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility to work an alternative schedule such as 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. as needed. The dress code is business casual, including slacks or jeans, closed-toe shoes with high socks, and a polo or shirt without large graphics. The work requires being on your feet for much of the day and walking between various departments, using computer systems such as LIMS, SAP, Labware, and inventory management tools in a structured, process-driven environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and internal growth opportunities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
