Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Oil Change Quick Lube Manager to lead our fast-paced automotive service center. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance. Your leadership will drive efficiency, quality, and safety in delivering quick oil change services while fostering a positive environment for both team members and customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with strong management skills to keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied. Duties Supervise daily operations of the quick lube center, ensuring timely and efficient oil change services Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and service staff to deliver top-quality automotive maintenance Perform vehicle inspections, including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs using hand tools and power tools Maintain inventory of oils, fluids, filters, and other automotive supplies; place orders as needed Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed, addressing questions, and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Oversee vehicle diagnostics and minor repairs to support overall vehicle health and customer satisfaction Qualifications Dealership experience or prior management experience in an automotive service environment is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment such as alignment machines and tire changers Experience with oil change procedures, tire service, wheel alignments, and general automotive diagnostics Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions Sales aptitude to promote additional services and maintain high customer retention levels Mechanical or automotive repair certifications are a plus but not mandatory Join us as we deliver fast, reliable automotive care that keeps our customers on the move!
