Job Description

Oil & Gas Field Careers | Hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Field Technicians, Roustabouts, Supervisors & More Keystone Clearwater Solutions is actively hiring across Southwestern Pennsylvania, Southeastern Ohio and West Virginia. We're seeking hard-working individuals for multiple field-based roles as part of a growing team that operates 24/7 in support of oil and gas production that focuses on the Water Transfer operations in the field.
Open Positions Include:
Field Technicians/Laborer
  • entry-level role supporting water line set-up, pump operation, and site maintenance. No Experience Needed, we will train you! Senior Water Field Technicians
  • experienced field professionals who lead water transfer crews and ensure job site efficiency and safety. Roustabouts
  • field laborers with previous general oilfield or construction experience, supporting a wide range of job site operations, including fueling, containment, heavy equipment, and pad maintenance.
More senior level roles are available w/ experience. What to Expect Outdoor work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) Must be willing to work Day and Night Shifts 5/2 schedule (5 days on / 2 days off)
  • 12 Hour Shifts Work includes manual labor , equipment operation , pumping systems , and line installations Strong teamwork, clear communication, and a commitment to safety are essential Travel to various job sites is required Who Should ApplyWe're looking for motivated individuals who are: Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors Interested in building a career in the oil & gas field Experienced with oilfield work, construction, farming, or heavy equipment (preferred, but not required) Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a team Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening
