www.imperialco.com What You'll Do Perform service calls on refrigeration and related equipment Complete preventative maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Manage parts and tool inventory Build strong relationships with clients through professional service Travel to client sites using a company-provided vehicle What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge or training in refrigeration, HVAC, or mechanical systems (trade school, certification, or hands-on experience) Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have recently completed (or are completing) HVAC/refrigeration training Are early in your career and want to grow your technical skills Enjoy hands-on work and solving problems Want a stable career with advancement opportunities Take pride in providing excellent service What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($19
