Job Description

OKLAHOMA REGIONAL MANAGER
(REAL ESTATE)
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties within a designated region
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with Section 8 and Fair Housing regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to property management teams
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Review financial reports and budgets for each property
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize occupancy rates
  • Handle escalated tenant issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program requirements
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as file management and record keeping
  • Experience in facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor management
  • Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
  • Proficiency in using property management software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient in computer software applications.
  • Travel required 60% of the time.
