Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in diverse environments Conduct specialized floor care such as buffing, polishing, and maintaining different flooring surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance Assist with janitorial tasks like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to promote hygiene and safety Support facilities maintenance activities when needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution Provide residential painting services or industrial cleaning support as required to meet client needs Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and responsibly Respond promptly to on-call requests for cleaning or custodial support at various locations Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is highly desirable Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and basic repair procedures is a plus Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning enhances versatility in this role Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures is preferred Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and maintenance services that elevate the environments we serve!
