HomeCare At SYNERGY HomeCare, we provide compassionate, life-energizing care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking a dependable and flexible On-Call CNA to join our team and help cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and support with daily activities Assist with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation Offer medication reminders Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members Ensure reliable, punctual coverage of assigned shifts

Availability Requirements:

On-call Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM, plus every other weekend Must be able to report to a shift within one hour of notice

Qualifications:

18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent) Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience We are looking for someone reliable and responsive who can step in to support our clients when coverage is needed.
