Description:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using a 3-bay sink and/or commercial dish machine Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly during busy meal periods Maintain the cleanliness of floors, walls, trash areas, and the dish room Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed Follow proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times Support the culinary team with light prep and other tasks when needed Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Maintain a positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Schedule:

This is an On-Call Position, so available days will vary. Typical shifts will be 11 A.M.- 7:30 P.M. Additional hours may be available for events, with advanced notice given.

Pay Type:

$17.00 Hourly

Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Rotate products in inventory. Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes. Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment. Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters. Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies. Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management. Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
