We are currently seeking dependable and professional On-Call Event Security Officers to join our team. If you are alert, customer-focused, and take pride in maintaining safety, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:

This is an on-call position supporting weekly events primarily scheduled Friday through Sunday. Additional weekday events may be available based on client needs. Officers must be available for weekend coverage as events are consistently scheduled.

Responsibilities:

Provide a visible security presence to deter disturbances and ensure safety Monitor event attendees, staff, and property Control access points and verify credentials as required Respond promptly to incidents and report all activity accurately Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor Enforce event rules and policies as directed

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age Valid and active California Guard Card (REQUIRED) Reliable transportation to and from assigned event locations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods Must be dependable and available for scheduled event days (Friday-Sunday)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior event security or customer service experience Ability to work in fast-paced environments Professional appearance and strong situational awareness

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Additional weekday events may be assigned as needed

Compensation:

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour Pay rate will be re-evaluated upon successful completion of the probationary period based on performance, reliability, and overall job performance
