Responsibilities Deliver professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific patient concerns. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current issues, and treatment goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to develop effective treatment plans. Educate patients on self-care techniques and occupational health practices to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including patient progress and treatment notes. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols. Respond promptly and professionally to on-call requests, providing flexible scheduling based on client needs. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with an active license in good standing. Proven experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pain management techniques, and medical terminology. Expertise in patient service with excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach. Ability to perform deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy effectively. Familiarity with patient assessment procedures and treatment planning.
