The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, enforcing safety protocols, and responding promptly to incidents. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment and preventing loss or unauthorized access. Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or security is highly valued, along with certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

This is an on-call position

Pay Rate:

$18/hr Responsibilities Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV to oversee all activity within the premises. Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address potential security risks. Enforce company policies and safety procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Respond swiftly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, providing appropriate action or escalation. Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities. Assist visitors and staff with directions or inquiries while ensuring security protocols are followed. Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Support loss prevention initiatives through vigilant observation and intervention when necessary. Provide first aid or CPR if required until emergency services arrive. Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or Surveillance training are advantageous. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying suspicious activity. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and efficiently. Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly in emergencies. Must be reliable with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
