Job Description
Annual Pay:
$ 75,000.00 includes 10% bonus plus auto and cell allowance. Summary Manages sales activities of On-Premise training and direction for the On-Premise sales team. Monitors the daily sales activities to determine progress against goals by performing the following duties personally or through Sales Representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the sales program. Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Advises Sales Representatives and customers concerning sales and advertising techniques. Assists Sales & Marketing Manager in assigning sales territory to Sales Representatives. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist Sales Representatives in promoting sales. Represents Company at trades shows and special events to promote products. Delivers sales presentations to key customers in coordination with Sales Representatives. Meets with key clients, assisting Sales Representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. Provides coverage in territories when Sales Representatives are absent. Manages and schedules supplier market visits, coordinates customer distillery and winery visits. Processes bill-backs. Assists Sales & Marketing Manager in the processing of payroll and supplier bill-backs. Coordinates Liaison between sales department and other sales related units. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises the Sales Representatives in the On-Premise Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
