On-Site Project Coordinator Entry-level position offering hands-on training in plan reading, scheduling, inventory tracking, and project management within the steel fabrication and erection industry.

Office Based In:

Burleson, TX or Baton Rouge, LA Travel Required | Travel Reimbursement Provided Skills required: Proficient with computers and familiar with the following required: Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong math and communication skills Detailed-oriented and organized Some degree of plan-reading skills is preferred Skills to learn: Tekla & Bluebeam proficiency Document control & project communication Record keeping & data tracking Estimating, plan reading & project management OSHA safety training

Job Duties:

Attend Subcontractor Meetings to ensure project schedule / other needs are being met Assist CA's and Erector with checking BOL's (Bill of Ladings) with on-site inventory and communication with General Contractor Assist CA's in project data tracking (RFI's logs, Submittal logs, updating tracking information) Provide assistance on Change Proposal / Supplemental contract drawing review Assist in documentation of records / files Provide assistance estimating bids / pricing preparations
