Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented On-Site Project Manager/Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure project milestones are met, and uphold safety and quality standards on-site. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to drive project success. This individual will work directly with a senior project manager. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety protocols Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify project specifications Manage project schedules using construction management software. Monitor quality control measures, enforce safety standards, and conduct regular site inspections Track project progress through detailed documentation Collaborate with project managers on cost control, change orders, and contract compliance Skills Extensive experience with construction site management and supervision Proficiency in construction estimating and project scheduling software Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction management best practices Familiarity with civil engineering software Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and stakeholders Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance processes Join us to lead impactful projects where your expertise will shape the future of construction! Pay:

$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
