On-Site Property Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management, including maintenance, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a proactive approach to managing property operations while ensuring tenant satisfaction and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Duties Manage all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring that facilities are well-kept and operational. Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate legal administrative records related to leases, tenant communications, and regulatory compliance. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
