On-Site Property Manager

Overview Churchill Forge is hiring a Property Manager for Magnolia Place Apartments. This 96-unit community, consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off of hwy. 17A in Summerville, SC. We are looking for a seasoned Property Manager to maintain the high standards established in our long-term ownership of this multifamily community. Manager is not required to live on-site, but an employee rent discount is available if you chose to do so. Duties Maintain exceptional occupancy and rent collections. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri. Part-time leasing agent works 24 hours Mon, Wed, Fri and 4 hours Sat. Supervise maintenance technician and part-time leasing agent. Supervise contractors, and vendors to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance. Utilize established computer programs for screening applicants, resident renewals, processing bills, assigning work request, and other day to day tasks. Manage projects related to upgrades or renovations, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing timely completion of work. Qualifications Proven management experience. PMIC license required in SC.

Pay:

$50,500.32 - $60,817.59 per year
