This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a professional with strong condominium management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience handling administrative, operational, and compliance-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining building standards, supporting residents, coordinating vendors, and assisting with regulatory compliance, including the 40-Year Recertification process with the City of North Bay Village and Miami-Dade County. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium property and on-site management office. Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and general community matters in a professional and courteous manner. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with vendors and maintenance staff. Supervise and coordinate vendors providing services such as landscaping, janitorial, elevators, pool, security, and pest control. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation using property management software. Coordinate Board meetings, prepare notices, agendas, and meeting minutes. Assist with processing vendor invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget administration. Support and coordinate the 40-Year Recertification process, including scheduling inspections, working with engineers and inspectors, and tracking compliance deadlines. Ensure compliance with association policies, city regulations, and Miami-Dade County requirements. Communicate regularly with Board Members and provide operational updates and reports. Serve as the on-site point of contact for urgent building-related issues during business hours. Qualifications Proven experience in condominium property management. Experience managing older buildings is strongly preferred. Spanish

REQUIRED.

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Familiarity with the 30 and 10-Year Recertification process or similar municipal compliance programs is a plus. Strong organizational, administrative, and recordkeeping skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, on-site environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and vendor coordination best practices. Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under licensed supervision.
