Job Description
Pay:
$20.00- $25.
Shift:

6:00 AM- 3:00
PM Pay:

DOE Experience:
Experience as an onsite representative or recruiter highly preferred.Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for client. Ensure all client and employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Follow up on client emails and job orders for timely and efficient communication. Promptly address urgent and pending emails in Outlook. Review both open and closed job orders to stay updated on current and past assignments. Confirm the arrival of associates with clients to maintain a smooth workflow. Complete daily Safety Walk(s) and submit report to Safety Manager. Maintain a daily attendance report and track attendance. Coach employees on attendance policies, dress code, and PPE requirements. Audit employee hours and input missing punches. Maintain a clean system by actively managing relevant lists, and candidate pool(s). Take charge of recruiting, screening, and dispatching associates for various assignments. Complete onboarding documents for each associate before their assignment starts. Efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assign and unassign employees. Distribute Job Offer Letters and Employee Packets promptly to all new hires. Scan and store relevant employee documents into the ATS for organized record-keeping. Set up associates on the Time-Clock system to accurately track work hours. Conclude employee assignments efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition. Track employee attendance using the branch Progress Report for comprehensive reporting. Update Job Order statuses in the ATS to reflect the status of each assignment. Manage inbound phone calls from Clients, Associates, and Prospects with professionalism and efficiency. Facilitate the hiring process by scheduling testing appointments for new potential forklift drivers. Draft and issue disciplinary actions to external employees. Assist with workplace investigations by assisting with interviews. Work with Safety Department to complete injury reporting. Assist HR & Safety Department with incident investigation process. Post weekly on Facebook to enhance recruiting efforts. Work rotating weekends to support recruiting efforts. Draft and issue disciplinary actions to employees for safety points. Conduct pre-shift confirmations and post-shift reviews of all new hires at client site. All additional tasks assigned by supervisor.Note:
