On the Job Trainee

Working in tandem with the State of Vermont this position offers equal opportunity for training women, minorities, and disadvantaged people in the construction trades. This program is an opportunity to obtain training in a new field of work, therefore no prior experience is necessary. The trainee will perform a series of tasks on roadway construction projects, working alongside a skilled supervisor to complete a training program that will familiarize them with highway construction.
