Online Order Assembler

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Online Order Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment for our customers. This energetic position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, utilizing various equipment and systems to pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment. Your dedication will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service and maintaining smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick items for online orders, ensuring correct quantities and product specifications. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Perform order picking, packing, and staging activities with precision to meet daily shipping targets. Handle materials with care during stocking, inventory management, and quality control processes to maintain high standards. Assist in shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders for dispatch. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and mechanical operations. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with supervisors on inventory levels and stock replenishment. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picker equipment. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, mechanical lifts, and pallet jacks safely and effectively. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and standing or walking for extended periods. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with shipping & receiving processes is a plus. Excellent attention to detail for quality control, order fulfillment accuracy, and inventory stocking. $22.78 - $29.44 per hour
