Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a honest, dedicated and proactive Community Associate to join our team. This role is essential in fostering a welcoming environment for our community members and ensuring smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive ownership mentality attitude, integrity, strong organizational skills, be computer literate, and have a knack for customer support.
Responsibilities:
Assisst in oversight of daily operations of the HOA Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional front desk support and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Assist with administrative tasks Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all community members. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that the office environment is welcoming and efficient. Support the team with personal assistant duties as needed, including managing calendar. Uphold phone etiquette standards while answering calls and directing them appropriately. Maintain communication with community board of directors Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings Maintain communication with homeowners Respond to homeowner needs Create monthly management reports Contact and coordinate vendors for community maintenance and special projects Qualifications Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite applications. Previous experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with community members. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse populations. A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
