OPE Service Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service and support. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose issues using various tools, including an ohmmeter, to identify electrical problems. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Document all service activities, including repairs made, parts used, and time spent on each job. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology relevant to the role. Skills Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for troubleshooting electrical issues. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
