Open Access Clinician:
Primary responsibilities include: Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients of all ages presenting for mental health and substance use services in an outpatient setting Join clients and families in developing strengths-based individualized treatment goals Make referrals to services following assessment Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn Some evening hours are expected
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
required Experience working with targeted population highly preferred
