High school diploma or GED Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Syteline, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and internal manufacturing processes preferred Previous experience in expediting, materials planning, production control, or supply chain preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good computer and communication skills Key Responsibilities Use Syteline ERP and internal systems to track fabricated parts and production status Expedite parts and materials through manufacturing processes Monitor status lists and provide updates on part availability and progress Deliver hot order materials to the shop floor as needed Transport urgent parts to and from local vendors Research alternate material sources using web-based tools such as ILS Work with procurement, receiving, stores, and vendors to resolve shortages Coordinate with receiving, quality, and purchasing to solve receiving exceptions and material discrepancies Partner with engineering, production, and procurement on material solutions and make-vs-buy decisions Support safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned More Than Just a Paycheck.
