Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION
This position is responsible for agronomy operations of products and services for The Arthur Companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology and build relationships with local growers Make seed, fertilizer and chemical recommendations Use integrated pest management techniques to determine treatment thresholds Work with the Agronomy leaders to identify practices that can be implemented to improve processes and outcomes Promote the features and benefits of all agronomy products and services, assist with over-the-counter sales, and assist with product delivery to customers Perform logistics and agronomy plant operations Utilize invoicing and inventory management systems Assist in inventory management procedures Maintain equipment and facility Monitor and maintain quality of inventory Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform agronomy operations, logistics and including assisting in the warehouse Work in and keep an environment that is compliant with state, local and ACI Environmental and Safety policy Custom Application if qualified and/or if the need arises Assist other departments as needed;
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL Class A license Proven ability to delivery exceptional customer service Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
