Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven, hands-on leader who takes initiative and thrives on building and growing. This role is ideal for a true go-getter. We are looking for someone who actively seeks opportunities, builds relationships, and makes things happen! You'll oversee operations while driving business growth, combining field operations, team leadership, and client development within our industrial safety and rescue services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily field projects, including rescue, safety staffing, and fire watch Proactively build and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuously improve operational efficiency Lead, coach, and develop field teams Provide technical guidance on confined space and rescue operations Develop proposals and actively contribute to sales growth Partner with leadership to support strategic expansion initiatives

Compensation:
Base salary starting at $80,000 Commission and sales-based incentives tied to performance and business growth Opportunity for increased earnings based on results and contribution
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in industrial safety, rescue, or a related field (or transferable experience with strong initiative and leadership) 3+ years of leadership or management experience Experience in client-facing roles or sales Strong knowledge of confined space or technical rescue is a plus
Preferred:
OSHA 30, EMT/CPR, Rescue Certifications, TWIC Requirements Valid Driver's License Willingness to travel (~50%) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Work Environment Field-based across client sites and offices Exposure to industrial settings and varying weather conditions Flexible schedule, including 8-12 hour shifts and occasional weekends

From $80,000.00 per year
