Operations Assistant

Meals on Wheels of NEPA's mission is to provide nutrition and supportive services to residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The agency is seeking to hire a part-time Operations Assistant. This position will work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM until approximately 1:30PM.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Packing meal cases/ coolers according to packing sheet Loading and unloading racks with cases/ coolers Maintaining inventory lists Cleaning and organizing meal cases/ coolers Creating meal packs according to packing sheet and labels Following dietary guidelines provided Other duties related to the operation of Meals on Wheels as needed.

Requirements:

Comply with a strict drug-free policy Ability to pass a background check Work as part of a team Walk, bend, squat, reach, and stand for long periods of time Lift up to 50 lbs. No previous experience required but pay rate will be dependent on experience
