Operations Data Specialist (Manufacturing / ERP)

Job Summary Fleetwood Continental is a manufacturing company with over 50 years in business, and we are currently strengthening our internal operations systems. We are looking for an Operations Data & Systems Specialist who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in ERP systems, and capable of bringing structure and accuracy to a fast-moving production environment. This role is hands-on and critical. You will be responsible for ensuring that what happens on the production floor is accurately reflected in our system. This is not a passive data entry role—we need someone who can think, identify issues, and take ownership of data accuracy. What You'll Be Doing Enter and maintain Manufacturing Order (MO) data in our ERP system ( Odoo strongly preferred ) Accurately record production consumption, completions, and corrections Support inventory entries and reconciliation efforts Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on real production workflows Identify and correct data discrepancies between system records and actual production activity Work directly with operations and production teams to ensure data reflects reality Help create structure and consistency across our manufacturing processes What We're Looking For Strong computer skills and comfort working in systems throughout the day Experience with ERP systems ( Odoo preferred; other ERP experience required ) High attention to detail—accuracy is critical in this role Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving mindset—you don't just enter data, you fix issues Experience in manufacturing, inventory, or operations is highly preferred Why This Role Matters Our production team focuses on building the product. Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
