Job Description:
Operations & Fleet Coordinator We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Fleet Coordinator to manage our daily vehicle logistics and driver return process. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our fleet is safe, fueled, and that all equipment is accounted for at the end of every shift. Key Responsibilities 1.
Fleet & Fuel Management Daily Refueling:
Responsible for the gas filling of 5-9 company vehicles daily to ensure they are ready for the next shift.
Daily Inspections:
Conduct routine "walk-around" inspections of each vehicle to check for damage, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
Maintenance Logs:
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management immediately. 2.
Inventory & Equipment Control Cambro Management:
Maintain strict "In and Out" records for all Cambro inventory.
Driver Check-in:
Receive delivery drivers upon their return and verify the return of all company property, including: Food container boxes/Cambros. Company iPads (check for damage and plug in for charging). Delivery logs and paperwork.
Inventory Reconciliation:
Take a physical count of returned items against the daily dispatch sheet to ensure nothing is missing. 3.
Administrative & General Support Record Keeping:
Update daily logs for fuel consumption and vehicle mileage.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by the manager to meet daily operational needs.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
