You will have the opportunity to participate in meaningful, real-life projects within the Service and Equipment Sales DepartmentsHands-on experience working alongside Service Coordinators, Technicians and Operations personnelThe ability to build relationships and gain practical industry knowledge in the HVAC fieldThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best What you will do:
Assist the Service Department with daily administrative and operational tasks within our CTS systemSupport work order management, including creating, updating, and closing service ticketsEnter and maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service data in company systemsAssist with scheduling-related tasks and communication between technicians, coordinators, and customersHelp organize service documentation, reports, and project-related filesReview incoming service requests and ensure information is complete and properly documentedSupport internal teams with follow-up tasks, status updates, and general coordination activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline department processes

Minimum Qualifications:
