Assist the Service Department with daily administrative and operational tasks within our CTS systemSupport work order management, including creating, updating, and closing service ticketsEnter and maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service data in company systemsAssist with scheduling-related tasks and communication between technicians, coordinators, and customersHelp organize service documentation, reports, and project-related filesReview incoming service requests and ensure information is complete and properly documentedSupport internal teams with follow-up tasks, status updates, and general coordination activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline department processes

Minimum Qualifications:

Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programExperience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionAbility to commute to Auburn Hills, MI Office without relocation If you're looking for an engaging career with growth opportunities in a supportive environment, you'll love a career at Thermonetics!
