Position Summary Ensure all operational metrics are met in a timely and acceptable manner. Key Responsibilities Oversee the receiving department to ensure proper workflow and daily put-away processes. Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities, including receiving and control records. Participate in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities. Schedule incoming shipments and ensure timely and accurate slotting of products and materials, along with proper handling of all incoming deliveries. Assist in coordinating physical inventories. Directly supervise warehouse employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management. Work Environment Work is performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and equipment operation. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly Ability to safely operate and mount/dismount forklifts Capable of working 8-hour shifts with continuous physical activity

Requirements:

Education & Experience Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge & Skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to accurately read labels, numbers, and product information Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Good physical condition to meet job demands Ability to follow instructions and adhere to supervisor direction Why Join Us?
