Silt, CO 81652 (On-site) Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Job Summary We are a growing pool and spa service company seeking a highly reliable and motivated Operations & Logistics Assistant. This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who thrives on variety—you will be a powerhouse in the warehouse, the meticulous caretaker of our fleet's upkeep, and a resourceful support system for our operations and repair managers. The ideal candidate possesses strong physical stamina, great organizational habits, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to keep our physical assets organized and running smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Operations:

Safely operate a forklift to manage daily shipping and receiving, handle large specialized pool/spa deliveries, and take ownership of warehouse inventory organization.

Physical Logistics:

Regularly lift, sort, and move heavy inventory items weighing up to 100 lbs.

Fleet Compliance & Upkeep:

Maintain complete administrative records for all company vehicles, including up-to-date insurance, registration renewals, and mileage logs. Take pride in monitoring and ensuring overall truck cleanliness.

Fleet Preventative Maintenance:

Utilize fleet software to track maintenance alerts (such as oil changes, tire rotations, or mechanical issues) and coordinate scheduling to keep the trucks safely on the road. Assist management with the logistics of purchasing and onboarding new trucks.

Service Coordination:

Place, track, and communicate daily orders for external repair and regularly scheduled services.

Managerial Support:

Act as the right hand to both the Operations Manager and the Repair Manager, jumping in to assist with various logistics and side projects as needed.

Phone & Inquiry Routing:

Occasionally answer incoming calls by answering basic questions and routing call to the right person.

Requirements Physical Fitness:

Proven ability to consistently and safely lift up to 100 lbs as a normal part of your daily routine.

Equipment Mastery:

Experience safely operating a Forklift (Certification Preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory management.

Technical Savvy:

Comfort using computer/fleet software for data entry, logging mileage, and tracking vehicle maintenance alerts.

Communication:

A professional phone presence and a proactive approach to finding answers and assisting the team.

License & Compliance:

Valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required). Must be insurable for a company vehicle, and pass a background and drug screening.
