Operations & Management Coordinator THRET (Real Estate Team) Bartlett, TN Job Details Part-time | Contract $18 - $25 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Google Workspace Google Drive Executive administrative support Administrative experience Attention to detail CRM system proficiency Office management Appointment scheduling Property management Full Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Property Management Coordinator to help support and scale a growing real estate investment, property management, and brokerage operation in the Memphis Metro area. This is not a basic assistant position. The ideal candidate will help coordinate daily operations across property management, client communication, vendor scheduling, CRM management, administrative systems, and team support while working directly with leadership in a fast-paced real estate environment. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, communicating with tenants and vendors, tracking invoices and repairs, assisting with move-ins and move-outs, organizing files and operational systems, maintaining CRM updates, scheduling appointments, assisting with onboarding and recruiting support, and helping keep projects and tasks moving efficiently across the business. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision. Strong communication skills, follow-through, and problem-solving ability are extremely important in this role. Preferred qualifications include administrative, operations, property management, or real estate experience. Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and fast-moving entrepreneurial environments is a plus. Compensation will be based on experience and may include performance bonuses and long-term growth opportunities as the company expands into brokerage and investment operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling Communicate with tenants, clients, and contractors Track invoices, repairs, and operational tasks Maintain CRM systems and administrative organization Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and internal operations Organize files, documents, and workflows Support property management and brokerage operations Assist leadership with day-to-day operational needsQualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Professional and dependable work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Administrative or operations experience preferred Real estate or property management experience is a plus Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM systems preferredSchedule:
Monday-Friday with some flexibility depending on operational needs. This position offers strong long-term growth potential for someone looking to grow within real estate operations, property management, and brokerage support.Pay:
