Responsibilities include the effective and efficient execution of manufacturing activities (safety, quality, production, maintenance, inventory control, receiving, and shipping) for the Bridgeview Mill. Promotes continuous improvement in all areas while .

Requirements include:

• Bachelors Degree
• Metals experience a plus
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, maintenance and/or engineering setting.
• Proven ability to display leadership, self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Logical, organized approach enabling the entire day to day operation to run smoothly
• Physical ability to operate all facility equipment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong computer aptitude

Pay:

$75,000.00

• $95,000.
