Operations Manager

Position of Operations Manager overseeing daily operations of cleaning and facility services at multiple locations or one large location. Person must be customer focused and able to communicate and work with all levels of crews, management and clientele. Must have have great organizational skills, technology knowledge on working with work order systems, email, documents...responsive with a sense of urgency and follow up. Have experience supervising crews on projects and daily schedules and expectations. Don't look for a 9-5 job here. We create flexibility between days and weekends while emphatically balancing the importance of family life. Drive to earn more over base in sales commissions and earn the sales trips. Experience in or related industry. Be a hands on leader. Auto allowance also provided.
