Job Description

Brown Deer, Wisconsin based production facility is growing! Because of growth, we are seeking an Operations Leader who has production and manufacturing experience that comes with a passion for capacity planning, strategic planning, and is a strong mentor and leader. You will be supported by production managers on the floor and work with another operational leader to to take our production team to the next level.
Ideal experience:
Production/manufacturing experience, familiar with JIT, strong in KPI management, ERP implementation experience, process improvement guru Apply today to learn more. 1st shift $160-$180

$165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
