Operations Manager
Scary Strokes is seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team. If you have a strong background in customer service, enjoy leading teams, and excel in a fast-paced family entertainment environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us.
Position Overview
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility while ensuring every guest has a safe, fun, and memorable experience. You will lead a small team, maintain high operational standards, and help deliver the immersive, magical atmosp Scary Strokes is known for. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong organization, and a genuine passion for working with kids and families.
Work Schedule
Wednesday-Friday:
Start availability between 1:30 PM - 2:30 PMWeekends:
Availability required between 10:00 AM - 12:30 AMSummer Season:
Open 7 days a week; additional availability requiredNon-Summer Season:
Closed Mondays & Tuesdays Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customer-service-driven environment Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role Proven ability to train, coach, and manage employees Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems Ability to accurately handle cash transactions Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude Reliable transportation Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Key Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure Oversee all daily operations, including customer service, food service, cleaning, and equipment functionality Lead and supervise a team of 1-4 employees in a high-volume environment Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Promote and sell party packages, provide facility tours, and manage event bookings Maintain inventory levels and merchandise retail displays Ensure team compliance with company policies and service standards Model Scary Strokes core values while fostering a positive, motivated team culture Perform additional duties as assigned This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, people-focused leader who is passionate about customer service and family entertainment.To :
