Job Description
WHO WE ARE
Restoration Family Chiropractic is a faith-driven practice in Frederick, MD built on a simple idea: people deserve exceptional care from a team that genuinely cares. We're a close-knit group of doctors and support staff with solid systems in place, a strong patient base, and a culture built on accountability, honesty, and purpose. We measure what matters, hold each other to a high standard, and invest deeply in the people who invest in us. We're growing — and we're building the leadership team that grows with us.THE ROLE
We're looking for an Operations Manager who is, above all, a builder and a leader. The clinical and billing foundations are already in place — what we need is someone to take ownership of day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and strengthen the systems that let this practice scale. This is a working leadership role. You'll be present on the floor, cross-trained across the practice — scheduling, patient flow, front desk, and new patient experience — not because you're buried in those tasks, but because you lead from the front. You can't hold a team to a standard you don't understand, and you won't be expected to manage from a distance. We are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee day-to-day operations and play a key role in strengthening our systems and team. This position offers a clear pathway for growth into senior leadership as the organization expands — for the right person who earns it.WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Day-to-day operations — the practice runs well because of you Team leadership and accountability — clear expectations, honest feedback, consistent follow-through Scheduling and front desk flow — you'll know these inside and out so you can lead, step in, and improve them New patient experience — welcoming, consultative, non-clinical first impressions that set the tone for care Building and refining the systems and processes that keep us consistent as we grow Weekly and monthly performance tracking — you'll own our key numbers and report on them Hiring and onboarding as the team expands Spotting what's broken before anyone else does — and fixing itWHO YOU ARE
You think in systems. When something goes wrong more than once, you don't just fix the problem — you fix the process that let it happen. You have high standards and the spine to hold them. You give direct, honest feedback because you respect people enough to tell them the truth. You're independent and precise. You don't need hand-holding. You ask the right questions, gather what you need, and execute. You earn credibility, you don't claim it. Your team follows you because you're reliable, fair, and sharp — not because of a title. You're calm under pressure. A fast-moving environment doesn't rattle you. You prioritize well and stay steady when things get hard. You're a people person with precision. You can have a warm conversation with a new patient and a direct conversation with an underperforming team member — and do both well. You're mission-motivated. Our faith-centered culture shapes how we treat patients and each other. You don't have to share our faith, but you need to genuinely fit within a values-driven environment. Healthcare experience is not required. We'll teach you our world. We need you to bring the operational instincts and leadership character.WHAT WE OFFER
$48,000 - 55,000 base salary (depending on experience) Monthly performance bonus tied to practice revenue and collections — when the practice wins, you win A leadership role with real authority and real accountability Cross-training across every area of the practice so you lead from genuine understanding A team that genuinely values the people in it A clear pathway for growth into senior leadership as the organization expands — we promote from within and invest in people who prove themselvesNote:
All candidates are asked to complete a brief behavioral assessment as part of our process. A link will be sent upon application.Pay:

Are you able to consistently commute to Frederick, MD for this schedule? This role is full-time, Monday-Friday, during standard business hours. Are you available for this schedule?
