Full-Time We are seeking a highly professional, driven, and detail-oriented Operations & Executive Business Manager to play a key leadership role within our growing company. This is far more than a traditional administrative position — we are looking for someone capable of helping lead operations, improve systems, support executive decision-making, and help drive the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate is organized under pressure, communicates with professionalism and confidence, understands how to manage moving priorities, and can operate with a high level of discretion, accountability, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee and streamline daily office and operational functions Act as a central point of coordination between ownership, clients, project managers, installers, and vendors Assist in managing company workflow, scheduling, logistics, and project timelines Help develop and implement operational systems, processes, and efficiencies Support executive leadership with strategic planning, organization, and task management Manage customer relations and ensure a high standard of professionalism throughout all communications Review contracts, proposals, invoices, job costing, and internal documentation for accuracy Track projects, deadlines, and operational performance metrics Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and team accountability Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Identify opportunities for operational improvement and company growth Ideal Candidate Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Professional presence with the ability to manage high-level client interactions Ability to think proactively, take initiative, and operate independently Experience in operations management, executive support, construction management, or similar leadership roles Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Proficient with office systems, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and business operations tools Experience in flooring, construction, or the trades is preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and become an integral part of its future.
