Operations Manager

Position Summary BTKT Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly driven, committed, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of Garage Door Parts Depot and Artificial Grass Discount Depot. This is not a standard "clock in and clock out" management position. This opportunity is designed for an individual who wants to be part of building and growing a rapidly expanding company. The ideal candidate must be fully committed to the success of the business, willing to take ownership of operations, and understand that this role requires a high level of dedication, responsiveness, accountability, and availability. The Operations Manager will play a critical leadership role in helping scale the company's operations, team development, customer experience, and overall growth. This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can adapt quickly, solve problems independently, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operational Oversight Oversee all daily operations for warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, and retail support activities Lead, manage, and hold accountable warehouse associates, drivers, and operational staff Create and maintain operational systems and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity Ensure company standards, expectations, and deadlines are consistently met Take initiative in solving operational challenges quickly and effectively Maintain a strong leadership presence and lead by example through work ethic, communication, and accountability Commitment & Availability Expectations Be fully engaged in the daily success and growth of the company Maintain a high level of responsiveness and availability when operational issues arise Understand that business needs may require extended hours, flexibility, and hands-on involvement beyond a traditional work schedule Demonstrate a proactive mindset and willingness to step into any area of operations when needed Operate with an ownership mentality and commitment to long-term company growth Warehouse & Inventory Management Manage inventory control, receiving, stocking, transfers, and order fulfillment Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational safety standards are maintained Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and stock management Coordinate inbound shipments and outbound deliveries Assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse operations when necessary Logistics & Customer Support Coordinate delivery scheduling and operational logistics Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Work closely with sales staff and ownership to support customer satisfaction and business growth Resolve customer and operational issues professionally and efficiently Administrative & Business Development Support Assist ownership with operational planning and company growth initiatives Track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team development Help establish scalable systems and processes as the company expands Maintain compliance with company policies and operational standards Qualifications Previous experience in operations management, warehouse management, or logistics leadership required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage teams and hold employees accountable Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with inventory systems, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination Proficiency with computers and operational software systems Forklift experience is a plus Experience in construction materials, garage door products, artificial turf, landscaping products, or related industries is preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout warehouse facilities for extended periods Comfortable working in both warehouse and outdoor environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Efficiency-based and revenue-based bonus opportunities tied to operational performance and company growth Advancement opportunities within a growing company Medical benefits eligibility based on company policy Paid time off and company holidays Long-term career growth potential Employment Type Full-Time At-Will Employment About BTKT Enterprises, LLC BTKT Enterprises, LLC operates Garage Door Parts Depot and Artificial Grass Discount Depot, serving residential, commercial, and contractor customers with quality products, reliable service, and operational excellence.
