Operations Manager — Landscaping & Hydroseeding Appalachian Hydroseeding & Landscaping, Inc. | Waynesville, NC | Full-Time We are hiring an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations and the full estimating and bidding process — including NCDOT contracts — for our growing Western NC erosion control and hydroseeding operation.

Responsibilities:

Own estimating and bidding for residential, commercial, and NCDOT projects Manage crew scheduling, job logistics, and materials planning Keep the job calendar current and materials ready before each job Build and maintain client and NCDOT contractor relationships Conduct job site visits and ensure compliance with NCDOT and NPDES requirements

Requirements:

NC Erosion Control Level I & II — required NC Landscape Contractor License or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe NC Pesticide Applicator License Direct NCDOT bidding experience — required 5+ years in landscape, hydroseeding, or erosion control 3+ years in operations or management Jobber experience a plus; must be willing to learn Valid NC Driver's License — clean record

Compensation:

$65,000
